- A whole side of Waygu/Angus Cross beef typically yields 500lbs of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and any specialty cuts you’d like.
*Estimated hanging weight for a whole Waygu/Angus Cross steer is around 800lbs, which yields around 500lbs of actual meat obtained. Please note your purchase is based on hanging weight. Weights are subject to change based on animal size
